Our principles form the basis for the path to future success

1. Trust is the basis for all internal and external business relations to our employees, customers, suppliers and other partners.

2. Customer orientation is the significant corporate maxim and basis as well as a prerequisite for every success, i.e.: thinking along the lines of customer requirements! It signifies partnership in customer relations by supporting our customers in profession and trade.

3. The customer expects more than just the goods.
This means a better performance than the competition, e.g. a broader range, faster delivery, reliability on all levels, professional support, common train of thoughts and the comprehensive and the cost-compatible fulfilment of customer requirements.

4. The human being is our utmost priority. As a family company we feel obligated to the wellbeing of our employees and their personal development. We reject all forms of discrimination and personal degradation. We show and demand understanding and respect in our dealings with each other. We appreciate the value of long-term relationships with customers, suppliers and other business partners.

5. Employee orientation and development are one of the most important prerequisites for success. Efficient employees are successful employees. Success secures and creates jobs. Informed employees are motivated employees. We therefore want a cross-hierarchical, team oriented communication.

6. Leadership and personal responsibility are the decisive components of our success. A clear leadership structure with target agreements and appropriate frame conditions are based on the delegation of responsibility and the expectation of their perception.. We trust in a solid leadership based on personal example and characterised by modesty, trust in the employees and the promotion of team spirit. In order to ensure this leadership style in the future, the development of executives enjoys a high degree of priority.

7. Simple and uncomplicated organisational processes create leeway for innovative and temperamental sales (consistently simple). We will do everything we want and can to achieve our goals.

8. Awareness of communal, social and environmental responsibility from all corporate activities is self-speaking for both corporate management and the employees. This requires careful application of resources in terms of orientation to value.

9. We as a family-owned business demand a great deal of personal behaviour. Fairness and integrity determine the interaction with business partners and the public.

10. The corporate group Jordan will remain family property even after more than 80 years. We firmly believe that the resulting long-term orientation is a particular strength, which benefits both our customers and partners. The scope and speed of our strategic development and our readiness to assume risks will therefore be affected by commercial integrity and financial solidity, also in the future.
