S-Finanz-Campus Kassel
Contemporary architecture, sustainable building concepts and high standards of functionality: the new building of the Kassel savings bank sets new standards for modern working environments and customer service. With a total area of around 23,000 square metres and nine main floors spread over two buildings, one of the largest financial centres in the region has been created at Kölnische Strasse 8 in the heart of Kassel's city centre.
In the interior, high-quality JOKA products ensure a perfect balance of design, function and sustainability: robust upright slat parquet runs through the entire building as a connecting element. The solid parquet is a popular floor covering for prestigious areas such as the foyer, customer area, S-Lounge or cafeteria. The hard-wearing, durable floor can be sanded several times.
Paro acoustic panels were used to optimise a quiet working and discussion environment. They reduce disturbing noises and thus create ideal conditions for focussed work and effective discussions. The slats, made from the renewable raw material wood, bind CO2 and create a pleasant atmosphere. The backing fleece is made from recyclable PET with at least 50% recycled fibres.
Format Modul carpet tiles in office and conference rooms improve the indoor climate, reduce noise and are particularly robust and easy to clean. Thanks to the modular installation method, individual tiles can be replaced as required, which guarantees efficient use and easy maintenance.
High-quality laminate panels were also used, for example for the furniture in the kitchenette. Hard-wearing Jokalino linoleum in a sunny yellow colour adorns the kitchenette on the executive floor, among other areas. The natural, easy-care floor is also forgiving of minor mishaps.

Professionals among themselves: With Eintracht Frankfurt and JOKA, two partners are growing together for whom only the best is good enough. The new professional camp of Eintracht was largely fitted with JOKA floors and doors. Naturally robust oak floorboards in the boardroom combine a prestigious look with sustainability, while impact sound-absorbing and joint-friendly carpet tiles in club colours promote concentration and corporate identity among the 280 employees. Stylish design flooring in a slate look was chosen for the physiotherapy and sports area.

In the heart of the Ore Mountains, the Lorenz family has fulfilled their dream of a very special holiday home. The Erzalm near the spa town of Seiffen has nine lovingly designed, high-quality holiday flats for holidaymakers from all over the world.
Right in the centre: Calgary parquet flooring. In addition to its visual and healthy living properties, the floor scores with a strong wear layer that can withstand heavy wear thanks to its refined surface.

The kitchen not only impresses with its strong appearance, but also with many small refinements that no standard kitchen from the furniture store can offer. The laminated walnut worktops set an exclusive accent. The internal aspects are also impressive. The drawer system has been thought through down to the last detail. A pub has always been a place of encounter, of stories, of community - and therefore of central importance for a place. The character of the listed building was to be preserved - this was important to the new owners, even if they would not be continuing the tradition of catering. A dominant element here is the natural parquet flooring: The generous planks guide the eye perfectly through the wide sightlines and harmonise ideally with both new and old building elements. In addition, the renewable, robust raw material wood fits perfectly into the concept of sustainable construction to which the architects have committed themselves.

Bar Irish Pub The Shamrock Kassel
Brendan Kennedy's Irish pub has been a firm institution in Kassel's pub scene for decades. Now the cult café has moved into the old main post office building, built in 1906, and everything is even more rustic than the guests already loved. For the interior design, Brendan Kennedy travelled to Ireland several times and purchased furnishings. He has transformed the spacious dining room and the smaller alcoves into an Irish work of art.

A home tailored precisely to their own needs and ideas - the owners of this detached house have fulfilled their wish with their dream wooden house. The special look of the parquet flooring attracts everyone's attention right from the entrance. Its wide, handcrafted planks will last for generations with their unique character. The lively oak structure runs consistently through the entire house - both on the floor and the doors as well as in the form of a solid, cosy dining table, occasionally interrupted and complemented by straightforward designs such as the industrial-style table frame made of black metal or the elegant door handles.

Juicy steaks, substantial burgers, American food portions - this is what guests have long appreciated about the Timberjacks restaurant in Kassel. Now the Timberjacks Motel has also opened its doors and completes the overall concept of the American way of life. Dark stained, sunburnt flooring covers the walls in an inimitably authentic way. The floor and staircase are clad in a customised design and form the counterpart to the rustic log cabin style. Expansive trophies, large ornaments on the walls and characterful wooden furniture in the rooms and corridors round off the overall concept perfectly.

In Ruhpolding, Bavaria, a home was created that combines naturalness, quality and modern living. Sustainable materials and clear lines were used in the design - complemented by a variety of high-quality JOKA products.
The JOKA Calgary oak parquet flooring throughout lends the house warmth and structure and connects the rooms to create a harmonious overall picture. Matching solid oak doors create a harmonious living ambience, while robust CPL doors in oak look were used in the functional basement area - including a matching fire door.
